Syange Mini Hydropower project which is located in Taghring VDC in the northern part of Lamjung District, has an installed capacity of 183 KW capacity and was completed in 2001 (2058 B.S). This project supplies power to Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) through the national grid with inter-connection to the Udipur Substation of NEA. The project has already repaid its loan in February 2011. Syange Bidyut Company Limited, which has developed and is currently operating this project, is a subsidiary of CEDB Hydro Fund Limited
